I led the planning and execution of a comprehensive PR activation in close dialogue with the client. The project included:

  • Press lunch for 15 journalists within food, culture to try the new menu at Hallwylska Restaurang

  • Developing tailored media lists and managing press outreach with personalized emails and follow-ups.

  • Writing and distributing three press releases, nurturing new and existing media relations.

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing a press lunch for 15 top food, lifestyle, and culture journalists, showcasing the new menu.

  • Setting up individual meetings with influential journalists.

  • Conducting follow-ups with high-priority press contacts who could not attend the event to secure alternative coverage opportunities.

Result: The six-month campaign generated strong media interest, valuable press features, and strengthened long-term relationships with top-tier journalists in food, lifestyle, and culture.
